Massage Envy on Chandler Blvd is wonderful. Front desk staff is professional and helpful with scheduling and my regular therapist, Gabby V is the best!! I would recommend this location without hesitation.

This is the first negative review I have ever posted but I am so disappointed with my experience today. I have been to this specific location multiple times and have had a great experience but that is not how today went. My massage was fine. I went up to the front to check out and the cashier told me to give him a minute and grabbed his manager (I think she said she was the senior general manager). She comes out and starts pitching the membership to me, and I told her at some point in the future I would like to get one but not at this time. She then proceeded to ask what the reason was so I told her financial. She then proceeded to ask if I have an HSA with my employer because that helps. And before checking me out, tried for a THIRD time to pressure me into getting the membership, even though I was very clearly getting frustrated. No one should come out of a massage, which is suppose to be RELAXING, and have to decline a sales pitch three times. And absolutely NO ONE should have to explain their financially and medical insurance situation to some stranger in the middle of the lobby in front of everyone else. I am not sure why she even came out. I have literally never had this happen before at ANY Massage Envy. I was about to get in my car and schedule another appointment for May, but now I literally dont want to because I dont want to go through such an uncomfortable situation again! I was so looking forward to this massage, was talking about it all week and spent a lot of money on it, just to leave frustrated and uncomfortable. Absolutely horrible management and customer service.
