Joined this gym two years ago and couldn't have been happier with my decision. My cousin joined the gym before me and recommended CHS BJJ for its amazing coaching and family-oriented atmosphere. I decided to try it out and was welcomed as soon as I walked into the door by Coach Adam, who is an amazing individual with a vast amount of knowledge of BJJ. I have been hooked since my first class and am always excited for our daily classes. Coach Adam has an amazing ability to teach us complex routines and moves with ease that allow any individual at any fitness level to execute the moves with precision. If anyone is slightly considering learning about BJJ, thinking about learning self defense, or looking for place to get some physical activity, CHS BJJ IS THE PLACE TO BE! I guarantee that you will not regret your decision! I'll see you all in class!

I was very impressed by the welcoming environment! Adam is full of knowledge and teaches with positive reinforcement!

I showed up for a drop-in training and Adam was very welcoming and accommodating. The gym is clean and spacious and the class was great. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town. If you're on the fence about trying Brazilian jiu jitsu, you will feel at ease and welcomed at this gym.
