I started September 2022 and every time I come into Jiu-Jitsu no matter what mood Im in, or whether Ive had a crappy week, I always come out the same; I should be a better person. I should treat people better even the people that I dont like. I have this universal connection with some spirit telling me do better. lets try to look up towards aiming higher Whatever that higher means is unknown, but striving to be a better person after every class. And I have not been a good person alot of my life far from it. And simply makes you a better person. I think the whole world could use a lot of bit of this.

We love the staff here at Gracie Chandler. They are very conscious of how the children are learning. My daughter has become so confident in herself and abilities in the matter of just one month! I am so grateful that we tried something new. This investment is really paying off in how our daughter sees herself, and now she can defend herself against her quarrelsome little sister without hurting either of them :) its a win-win!

Highly recommend the kids classes! We have been bringing our daughter here for almost 3 years. With plans to add younger sibling when they are old enough. The kids classes are great, coach Michael is fantastic keeping the kids engaged, and keeping it fun! We checked out other locations, closer ones, and those locations had all ages in one class. Those locations seemed to have a hard time keeping the kids attention. I like this location, they break kids classes into two groups with plans to add a toddler class! The verbal teaching is fantastic, to communicate before resorting to self defense. Unfortunately my child has had to use this a couple times, each time ended at the Talk - Tell and never got to Tackle stages. There is even a little play area. This has been a life saver keeping younger siblings entertained during class.
