Janice has helped me for years. She is always there when I have questions. I was a wreck during my case for custody and child support she helped me through the whole thing and helped calm me down. Because of her I was able to keep my son out of harm. Her rates are great and she is a very sweet caring person.

Janice was referred to my family from a business we were using so we didnt look at reviews. That was our fault. After working with her, we realized what was happening and her reviews say it all. She agreed to complete and file paperwork for my elderly mother. She charged $400 and was paid up front. Not only did Janice not advise us the paperwork we were filling out was not appropriate for my moms situation, she did not complete the paper work completely. That was after weeks of no returned calls or communication (only to find out she was on vacation multiple times and did not inform her clients or have her voicemail set). We had my moms court hearing and the judge advised us we didnt have the right paperwork and the paperwork that was submitted was incomplete! Very disappointing. My family has been trying to get ahold of her to remedy the situation, but she is not responsive. We hope that Janice will see this and give a refund.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! Dont use this service!!!! I was referred to Janice and used her a few times. She can write decent content for cases but isnt thorough at rechecking the information that you give. If you use her which I do not recommend unless you like not getting communication back and being left in the dust once you pay her. She did my probate and the bank realized it was missing a signature. I told Janice, about the missing signature & requested new paperwork with proper signatures well its been almost 9 days, I have left message after message WITHOUT a message back. She has done this before . I was wrong about giving her a 2nd chance.

BEWARE!!! Very unprofessional. Very friendly and nice until she gets your money and then she doesn't respond to you for weeks. False business address. Works of different names. The information she provides you is incorrect. And she will Not return your money or offer an apology.
