I had some significant leakage with my irrigation system.Jake showed up right away and got it fixed.In addition, he checked my entire drip system and fixed some additional issues i was not aware.And as icing on the cake he adjusted my gate door to run smoothly.Friendly, professional and exceeding expectations.I recommend Jake to anyone !!

Contacted Jake after reading the reviews and glad I did make that call.  Jake came out and gave me a bid on adding more gravel to the back and front yard as well as reseeding the grass area and replacing the sprinkler heads that save on water. Jake found a leak in the irrigation system and got it fixed. When the project was completed, Jake made sure everything was cleaned up. Jake is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking. Jacob is great. I highly recommend him.Easy communication. I usually just text him and he would respond quickly and let me know when he would come. And he showed up at that time exactly.Fair price. Jacob first helped me to set up a new irrigation timer with new  valves and pipelines. He did professionally and the price was fair as I have checked with others. Then, Jacob helped me to build a new whole irrigation system and he did it great job. It was a big job and the price was fair. Most importantly, Jacob is very responsible and reliable. So after building the irrigation system, there were some issues from failed parts (irrigation valves). The parts Jacob used were from good brand but somehow it just failed after a while. After I noticed the issue, I texted Jacob and he came and fixed the issue swiftly without any charge. Three times! Replacing irrigation valve should be considered a job needs charge, no need to say replacing new parts. Also I have used that for a while already which should be considered out of warranty. Even though, Jacob came and replaced that valve with no charge. Very responsible and reliable.

Several bad leaks in irrigation system.  Called 4 companies and all were at least a week before I could schedule an appointment. All except Jake.  He said he would work me in the next day. Prompt and very knowledgeable and efficient. More than reasonable price for work done.  Would highly recommend Jake.
