Staff is super rude. I try to return something I bought a month ago there is a 60 day return policy. She wouldnt except it because she was accusing me of opening the box. I never took the jewelry outside the box. Im very disappointed in how she treated me.

We waited 30 minutes in the check out line while we waited for the cashier. She was piercing somebodys ear. She didnt acknowledge that she saw us or that she would be able to check us out after the piercing. We finally asked if there was a way to check out and she looked completely annoyed and said yes, as soon as Im done she continued to chat with the customer getting the ear piercing. During the holidays, its kind of ridiculous that theres only one rude, slow worker. We ended up leaving the items because we couldnt pay.

Super nice and friendly staff. Went in for my nieces bday gifts, the b3g3 sales really helped me get some cute things for her in one trip

This location is literally never open when they say they will be. We've gone numerous times and they are always closed for the day despite their sign out front of the closed gates stating their hours. My daughter continues to be disappointed. Last time we were there the sign said they were gone for break until "4:20" even though it was only 1:00... at a kid focused store...
