I own an excavation business in Phoenix and was referred to Long Tran over at Bespoke Insurance Solutions when were in the market for commercial general liability, commercial auto, workers compensation, and umbrella insurance quotes. Not only was Long able to find holes in our current policies but he was able to save us a substantial amount of money in addition to providing us coverage for our business that we did not have prior. We are so fortunate that we did not have a claim prior! In our line of work, certificates of insurance are important, and we now receive our COIs within minutes as advertised. Lastly, our team is mainly Hispanic and it nice that this agency has people that speak Spanish to help accommodate our team. I own two restaurants, one in Tempe, Arizona and another one in Sedona, Arizona. I was referred to Long at Bespoke Insurance Solutions by a trusted friend. When I met him, I was very impressed with his professionalism, the way he conducted himself, and knowledge he had displayed not only in insurance but in the restaurant business. Long went through my current policies with Farmers (whom I have been with since the beginning) and was able to tell me where and what I was covered for , where I was not covered, and what he would recommend and why. I learned more about insurance in the first 30 minutes of our meeting than I have had in my entire life. Long left and in two days he came back with multiple quote proposals. I was blown away because he came with quotes for the restaurant and workers compensations that all had more coverage and substantial savings. I ended up moving my entire insurance portfolio to him including my personal auto and home insurance and overall it has been a very easy and smooth transition.
