This place was horrible. They canceled my reservation at 1230am. But she offered me a room for $300 for one night. Hotel smelled. Mismatched furniture and ironing board was 6 different colors from stains and dirt. Window was so cloudy and discolored that you couldn't see out of it. The next morning, there was a sign on the front door saying they were having a plumbing issue and the water was turned off and no time frame for it being turned back on. If you don't have to stay here, don't. Obviously, anything 1 star is from employees and/or owners!!

Being that the location is Chandler, I thought this property would be better than what I walked into. Hallways are smelly, bathroom is stained. The carpet doesn't even looked thoroughly vacuumed. I'm beyond disappointed with this being a Wyndham property. Staying at other Wyndham properties during My business trips to Denver I have never experienced this so I didn't even fathom I would have a bad experience anywhere else. This hotel needs to be taken off this site all together

Our check out experience was the best part of our stay. 1. For anyone looking at this hotel because it has pool/hot tub amenitiesdo not stay here. The pool is freezing and the hot tub is even colder. The hotel itself doesnt let you know ahead of time that the hot tub doesnt work, so here is your warning. 2. Housekeeping is a joke. If you plan on staying longer than one night, dont stay here. We had to ask for clean towels for 3 days and I finally had to just go down into the housekeeping laundry and take them myself. 3. The Breakfast is pretty good! Thats a plus when you have kids. 4. The location is also pretty good! Its right off the freeway so getting anywhere you need to go is nice.

Certainly: Staying at this establishment is highly recommended! The rooms are both clean and aesthetically pleasing, featuring convenient staircases on either side of the building for easy access. The staff are exceptional, providing friendly service and ensuring a tranquil atmosphere throughout the night. While the WiFi might not be the fastest, it's sufficient for streaming movies and connecting devices like my Xbox. The breakfast options are diverse and delicious, ranging from cereal to waffles and yogurt. Plus, recent renovations on the 3rd floor and in the breakfast room have enhanced the overall experience. In summary, this place offers a wonderful blend of cleanliness, comfort, and convenience, making it a top choice for accommodation. Rooms: The rooms feature highly decorated furniture and is really clean. Safety: The front door and side doors of the building do lock automatically at night, you will need to use your room key to enter after 10pm - 6am. The guest rooms do secure with keycards and security latch. NOTE** The keys are magnetic striped so don't put next to your phone especially if you have an iPhone with Magsafe because it will disable the keycard then you will have to get it reprogramed at the front desk!
