Against my better judgement, I bypassed Vistaprint and gave this small business owner a chance because I'm an entrepreneur at heart and love to help them out with referrals. I ordered 75 decals for my nonprofit to place in the windows of business establishments for marketing, which required a clear background so it isn't an eye sore. When I picked up the order that was supposed to be delivered the previous night but wasn't, the adjustment to my logo was great, but the decals were on a white background so unable to be used for my intended purpose. The reasoning is that the computer messed up, with no offer to redo the order or refund my money. The suggestion was that I use them for something else, which also didn't work out. My replacement request was ignored on Facebook so I sent a formal email. The response came from Facebook, and while I was told they would be replaced, they weren't and that was a few weeks ago.
