Bleuwave General Contracting is more than a normal general contracting company. It is more like a general contracting concierge. The President, JJ Levenske, worked closely with his Project Manager Esteban Romero who follows his lead to personally attend to all matters with a thinking that no matter is dismissed as too small or insignificant. They take pride in their work and it shows. They hold their contractors to a high standard, holding them responsible to do the job on time, and ensure that it is done correctly.
