Gray Beards Construction

Had Gray Beards do a remodel of our bathrooms in Tempe. We were restricted on space, but wanted to turn the tub/shower combo into just a walk in shower. The construction quality was top notch (they had to tear the concrete slab out to move plumbing). During the project they were actually able to squeeze a few additional inches into the width of the shower. We wanted no lip, and a French drain. The shower slope was PERFECT and all of the work was done to exceed our standards. These guys know how to build and remodel!

How do you feel about having a 30 ft long dumpster on your street day and night? They repeatedly parked a commercial size dumpster trailer on a private residential street, for months. It violates multiple neighborhood community rules. Makes it difficult and dangerous for neighbors to drive on the street, especially at night. HOA had them removed it once. Only to find out that they brought it back after a week. Now HOA has been contacting them again to resolve the issue. 10 days passed, still there. Why would the homeowner allow this to happen at his house? The owner doesn't live here. It is an investment property for him. So no one cares.
