Listened very carefully. Had extra insight other docs never had. Very easy to converse with. Had full confidence in this doctor. He is outstanding.

They outsource their billing department which is horrible. I asked that 2 invoices be charged to my credit card and they paid one and not the other one. I tried numerous times to get a hold of their billing department to get the other one paid but they just sent it to collections. I even contacted Dr. Patel's office staff and they said there was nothing they could do. Also, tried to get a routine colonoscopy and they coded it wrong to my insurance company (said it was diagnostic instead of preventative) which would have cost me nothing but instead would cost me $1,6000. I ended up canceling the appointment so they could code it correctly to my insurance company but they said they couldn't because it would look like insurance fraud. This system is so broken and needs a severe overhaul. I would stay clear of this practice.

This was my first colonoscopy, ever at 61. Everything went very smoothly. Lots of communication and checking in with me. Dr. Patel was wonderful. I could not have been happier. Even asked him to refer me to a new primary care doctor, I was so impressed.
