I am a Landscape Contractor and have been using Residential Gas Piping for over 10 years. One of my best subcontractors, they are organized, show up on the job when scheduled, and flexible when needed. They provide the permits for the gas work, and do a solid professional job. Permits with the various cities and counties can always be a challenge, but I have never had a significant delay from them. I have at times, changed the firepit, electronic ignition, etc and they are always happy to come back and do this service work, and promptly. You won't go wrong with their work.

Beware of this contractor. Residential Gas Piping was hired as a sub-contractor to do work on my property. Paul Robbins was assigned to the project and missed our scheduled appointment twice and came to my home unannounced to measure the gas pipe for a gas line installation from the house to our BBQ Island. Paul never followed up with me or the contractor who hired him to confirm the types of units and their gas requirements that were to be installed. He instructed the general contractor to cut thru my patio cement slab to run the gas line only to find out that the pipe from the house was too small and the line then had to be run from the gas meter to the island. Obviously cutting thru a patio slab is not something you want to do if you do not have to. When confronted Paul became irrational, rude and unprofessional. He also lied about ever having been to the home and insisted he never measured or gave instruction that it was needed to cut thru the slab. Paul refused to answer any questions or cooperator in anyway after he was caught in his lie. He demanded payment in full from the contractor before doing any further work and even charged an additional $75.00 to complete the project. The permit process was just as grueling. Paul insisted his work did not need a permit and tried to have the general talk us out of applying several times. Paul stated that if there was ever a question all they had to do was dig to be sure the pipe was buried at the right depth. If I had not hired a general contractor to oversee the project and had to find a gas pipe company on my own I would have never hired Residential Gas Piping. I cannot find 1positive review about this company that should speak volumes on who you should hire. What good business man lies to his clients?
