      Ocotillo Village Health Club and Spa occupies a prime lakeside location at the southwest corner of Alma School and Ocotillo roads. The Ocotillo club is over 82,000 square feet providing our members a luxurious and spacious fitness facility. Offering a large variety of group fitness and yoga classes every week with the best instructors in the Valley, members are sure they can find a class that fits their fitness needs. A cafe, two pools, splash pad, seven tennis courts, two group fitness studios, Pilates studio and hot yoga studio round out this one-of-a-kind club.

      image Shady and deceitful business practices.
      I was told in writing by Marilyn Ford, membership accountant that they were going to charge my card in two installments on 2/1 and 2/15 yet they went ahead and charged full
      Amount on 1/24. Will be reporting them to better business bureau as well.

      Purvi, the Village’s cancellation policy is stated in our membership agreement signed by all members. The agreement states that members need to give 30-day notice of cancellation. Any outstanding dues or charges will be charged to the card on file along with the final month of dues. We reviewed your account and do not see any violation of this policy. We have reached out to discuss further and are available to discuss offline if necessary.

      image Susan, nail specialist at spa. Susan does a great job with manicure and more importantly pedicure. I have dry, cracking feet. Always giving advise on how to manage between visits.
