Doctors are good, office staff execution is not good. Always felt I was given accurate care. But have had many clerical problems where I have to call multiple times to get promised services completed. I had to call twice this week to get my prescriptions renewed, & I asked for a conformation call back when it was done. They finally renewed it after second call, but no one from the office called me back to confirm so I knew it was done. I specifically requested that conformation call twice.

Current patient, but not for long. They are dropping the ball on it all. The doc is fine, but staff is less than desired. No communication to patient. I have needed several referrals as I am new to the area. One for breast cancer treatment and it took them over a month to contact me. The only reason I actually saw the referral was because I reached out to them. Its been an ongoing problem with them. Another huge complaint is they dont actually listen to you at all. I have chronic insomnia and have for a very long time. I know what I need, as well as dosage, and I know what works. Light sleeper as well and everything wakes me up. Asked for a sleep medication my first visit and they gave me hydroxyzine. I have made several attempts to contact the office with no returned phone calls or communication otherwise. They gave me Quviviq, which I tried and it wasnt enough. I told Jennifer, whomever that is there, and she told me that I took the whole prescription and theyre just hearing about it now. So Im damned if I contact them 1 to 2 weeks after my visit with doc and Im damned if I call them 30 days after I have tried a prescription that I have never used to see if will eventually start helping. I wouldnt recommend this office. I will say theyre fairly easy to get in to if needed. Theyre kind when youre in office. Other than that, not so much. Honestly, I would be the best patient referral advocate theyve ever had. Ive had 10 years of customer service and insurance benefits experience with my work history. What a disappointing experience. I had high hopes that this office would be the one.

I highly recommend this place for your regular doctor visits. Here we see highly educated nurses, very professional. If there are any concerns we will be referred to specialists. The best part is the blood draw is done here so we don't have to go to the labs.
