I am an ex-employee from Engineering Associates, LLC. If you are looking to work there, then listen very carefully: They hire at $16 an hour MINIMUM for someone with little-to-no experience (a beginner). If they offer you less DO NOT ACCEPT IT, demand $16 an hour. If you do have experience, do not settle for $16, demand more. I had solid experience in telco and computers, and I was being taken advantage of at $14.50 an hour, and I did not realize it until I began asking others their pay all of which were $16+, I had to demand pay equality. If you are currently working there, and are making less than $16, demand a raise to $16 or more, YOU DESERVE PAY EQUALITY. Most of the management was rather toxic when I left, especially the higher ones, beware!! That all being said, most of the design engineers there are good people and fully understand most issues you go through there and will often help you out.
