BASIS Chandler Primary - North Campus

This my 5th year here and it's great all the teachers  are nice and you learn one grade up then you are in.

Pulled out my son after 6 phone calls from this school on the very same day. The administrators is lack of experiences for truly gifted students. My son then has been in a traditional public school and joined gifted program for more than half year until the ending of a school year , he was happy while no teacher in the public school has called me to pick up him during the school day.

Parents do not enroll your child into this school!! I'm still dealing with the trauma Basis caused my daughter due to the nonstop bullying and harassment that was being overlooked. The faculty and staff of this campus discriminates greatly and with no consideration tried to destroy my daughters character. BASIS does not know how to deal with children with behavioral issues and does not care for the well-being of all students. This school failed my daughter greatly and purposely disrupted her education while trying to portrayed to the public that they pride themselves for their academic achievements. I had to withdrawal my 8 year old daughter because I did not feel safe for her to finish the semester and I'm still very upset that this school not only took opportunities away from my daughter, but also caused her a great deal of problems with her self esteem. Parents do not let this school fool you, the principal and culture in this school is prejudice and abuse their power. They are good experts at covering up bullying issues and only care about the donations they receive.

BEWARE! THIS SCHOOL WILL CALL CPS ON YOU! Terrible school with dangerous teachers and administrators. My 5 year old was in MISS. SALLURDAYs kindergarten class. She is horrible. She called CPS on my husband and me after I called the school to ask about injuries on my son that were happening at school. My sons "best friend" at Basis was a kid who got away with bullying because these incidents would happen during recess or when teachers weren't paying attention. The last straw was when my son came home from school and told me about his head hurting. He had a welt on his head from being smacked on the side of the head with a lunch box. The welt was big and my child cried to MISS.SALLURDAY about it and she did not take any action. She did not notify me in any way nor did she take my son to the nurses office. Per school policy, head injuries=nurses office. Her excuse was that she was alone with 33 students. Apparently her calling the nurse from her class for help didn't cross her mind. Anyways, I called the school and spoke to TAMMY BOSTAPH who totally down played my phone call. She tried to take over the conversation to share an experience she had when she hurt her head. I was calling because my kid is constantly getting hurt at that school and I never get any type of notifications about things happening. They are either totally clueless or trying to cover themselves. My phone call to the school to express my concerns lead to them calling CPS on us. Totally insane and dangerous. We pulled our son from that school and now he comes home from his new school injury free.
