Dr. Armstrong was kind, informative and personable. Im someone who HATES going to the dentist but everyone in the office made me feel welcome and comfortable during my first visit.

**DO NOT GO HERE** If you have contracted dental insurance with this facility, be sure you are reviewing your bills! I was overcharged and noticed they were balance billing as an IN provider with my insurance company. The front office staff isn't very knowledgeable with insurance, billing, contracts, and fees. They did NOT accurately verify my benefits. And recommended unnecessary treatment! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this facility.

What a joke of a dental office. While waiting for my appointment, the front office manager was discussing her and her friend's Tinder dates with NFL players. I was shocked but ignored that red flag. I was scheduled for a deep cleaning, but after 2 and a half hours of waiting and taking x rays. They said I had to come back for the cleaning. I called off work and asked for them to finish the scheduled cleaning. They spent 15 minutes doing a Scalar and Root Planing "Deep Cleaning" and then billed my insurance almost 2k and made me pay out of pocket 400 for a 15-minute cleaning. After bringing this up to the dentist and asking if they could discount my service for only being 15 minutes, the office manager barged in , eavesdropping on our HIPAA conversation, and said I already signed the contract. I was told to leave or they would call the police, and that I wasn't welcome back...at a dental office?? They also sent me to collections even tho they were paid. Do yourself and your family a favor and avoid this scam of a dental business
