My experience started out great. But what made me write the review is when you get to the end. They advertise in the beginning that you have a smile guarantee and can get touch up aligners for free over the years if you need one. This warrant only lasts if you buy the retainers for $99, after already spending 2k on plastic aligners, and you have to replace the retainer every six months. That is $200 a year for the rest of your life to maintain the warranty and they do not mention that in the beginning. Incredibly misleading. There were other issues I dealt with too, like my order for aligners being lost in the system multiple times and having to redo multiple scans. The techs are very kind but the whole process just to get touch up aligners was stressful, just to find out theres much more money to be spent in the end of it all.
