Just left from my appointment.I was happy to see that they could squeeze me in on veterans Day and last minute I made the appointment yesterday.I didn't catch the receptionist name but she was very friendly and made the paperwork process super easy. Lindsey was my dental hygienist she was the best! Super informative took her time and was so nice and a great conversationalist.I enjoyed myself which most people don't say when they go to the dentist. Definitely 5 star service.

I love the entire staff! Dr. Jay is VERY knowledgeable and intelligent. He is great He always knows what the best treatment is for me.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Pam the RECEPTIONIST!!! Its the Worst!! Wont help! I would never ever recommend this place because of her!!! Waited for 2 weeks for my sons appointment then she called to double check insurance and gave me 20 min to call back but I was at work so couldnt call back right away so she texted me saying that the appointment was canceled even though we waited 2 weeks.forget this place if they have people like that working there I rather not be a patient there ! Furthermore how did you come to the conclusion that my son was a kid???! And no integrity, the lady at the front desk gave me that name, obviously she lied because theres no Pam, I will be forced to file an official complaint with the Arizona State Board of Dental examiners.

The most welcomed, comforted, and at ease I've ever felt at a dental office. I came in stressed about my urgent situation and left with laughs, clarity, and calmness on how to handle my tooth. They were all extremely patient answering my endless questions especially Jay and Michelle. Can't say enough good things. Grateful to have found them and now my regular dentist.
