Oh, joy! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the dentist's office today. I went in for a simple annual cleaning, but they decided to give me a full hour of x-rays, just for fun! And then, to top it off, they informed me that I needed to cough up $600 for a "deep cleaning" that wasn't even covered by my insurance. How delightful! But wait, it gets better! I did some checking on my own and called my insurance company to confirm the coverage for the exact procedure code. Lo and behold, it turns out it was covered at 80%, and I have EOBs from other providers to prove it since I've been doing deep cleanings in the last 24 months. What a silly little mistake on their part! All in all, this experience has left me feeling completely confident that I need to see another provider.

This place is phenomenal. The pain was a 1/10 (10 being the highest). Ive had the following services done to include: - regular exam - cleaning - multiple fillings - crown - emergency services They completed my military dental paperwork and orthodontic clearance in a timely manner. They explained everything and answered all of my questions. I believe I had 4-5 appointments in one month. There was only 1 scheduling conflict which was rescheduled within a few days of the original appointment. They offer great services and all the staff are very kind. 10/10 recommend!

Always quick and painless. The front office is very helpful Customer service is excellent. All of the nurses are very helpful and customer service. Excellent. They try to make you as comfortable as possible and also explain everything and terminology that you can understand and be able to make a conscious decision on the Dental services All of the dentists are very knowledgeable, And Help you to understand the terminology, where you can understand everything that is going on with your dental service.
