What is the status of the Unlimited Smiles Chandler / Alma School office .. it appears to have been shut for many months ? No update for customers is available.

I called this place to ask about a teeth cleaning and I felt very uncomfortable asking questions because the lady on the phone was very rude. I felt like I was being rushed to hang up. She sounds like she has no motivation to work and is very unprofessional. I believe her name was michelle. Thanks to her, unlimited smiles has lost a new client. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I would stay away from Unlimited Smiles in Chandler.I went to this practice 1 1/2 years ago for getting a denture. For some reasons this practice needed at least a 4-5 month turnaround as they sent the order to a lab in California. Unfortunately, the female dentist at the time (Dr Regina Chan) weren't very good at taking the impression so we had to re-do a few times, which means the turnaround was even longer. When I complained about the long delay, the dentist told me that I should be grateful for their service because they took my insurance. I was speechless and floored by the response. I cancelled the service and demanded them not to bill my insurance (I found out that they over billed my insurance for another service).Also, they had issues with getting my insurance approved for the denture procedure. I wasn't sure if the practice didn't renew their insurance contract or their staff didn't send in the correct info for approval. The office tried to use another dentist's credential (Dr Truong) in the Phoenix location to get our insurance approved. Is that legal? At the end, they still had issues with my insurance while I was there.Finally, I noticed that the front desk staff was changed several times over the course of 6 months when I was there. The office was close quite a bit during their posted office hours. All the above were not good signs for a good dental practice.
