Worst experience at an ulta. Tried to quickly pickup some self tanner and paid with $100 but a manager wouldnt come to check the bill after literally waiting ten minutes with no one coming I just took my money and left. Management really needs to improve at this location. Very disappointing.

This has to be the cleanest, best laid out Ulta Ive ever been to. It was spacious and organized. But DO NOT go to the salon. The master stylist I saw didnt even bother to apply a leave-in and completely damaged my hair. Never has anyone been so careless with my hair she was detangling from the top down. Who does that? If you care about your hair, especially if you have curly or coily hair, DONT GO.

A few days ago was my first time going to this Ulta for a cut. Cali was my stylist and she gave me the best cut I've had in years! It's EXACTLY what I described wanting and wasn't even sure I had the right type of hair for what I wanted. I'm beyond pleased and have gotten so many compliments on the shape/movement etc. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Worst experience today. Team asked over and over if I needed help at every turn giving me no space to shop. And then once I made it back to fragrance I guess they pegged me as a shoplifter because an employee stood right over me and as soon as I picked up a perfume asked if I was going to purchase it and took it out of my hands. Not sure what I did to make them profile me but working retail for 25+ years it was obvious that there is no training or leadership. I wish I would have put everything back on the shelf and walked out without purchasing but I needed what I was purchasing desperately and didnt have time to go to Sephora. The treatment today was appalling and this team should be embarrassed and have to undergo some serious training in customer service instead of policing!
