I'm so tired of them calling 3 to 4 times a week. I have called there number many times to stop calling me because I'm not the person they are trying to reach. They say that's the number on file. Well maybe it's a typo. There staff are really rude. They stll keep calling. I'm sick of it

I've been with UHC Advantage for 6-7 years and they have reached bottom in the last couple years. Completely nonresponsive. Filed a formal grievance against a provider 11/14/23 and called again on 11/15 to add additional information from Medicare. A month later called for status on grievance and was told I needed to give the process 2 more weeks. Called a little after 2 weeks and was informed I HAD NO GRIEVANCE FILED. Requested a supervisor and was told one would call me the following day. You guess it. No call. Called today as my OTC benefit card wasn't working at either Walmart or Amazon. Was told it's a glitch they're working on. In the meantime, I'm out of two of my supplements and no help to get them. Plus I ALWAYS opt in for the survey. 90% of the time you stay on the line for it but are then disconnected.
