I called 10 other places and they all had higher places and longer wait times, this place was able to help me fix issues I had while building a PC. They fixed my issue the same day! They were extremely quick and I appreciate how they addressed the issue professionally and for a better cost than any other place I called. Definitely will come back here if I have any future PC problems

Great experience here! Ordered a 13th generation Intel gaming and professional system built here and the computer is simply amazing. Definitely the business to have a "Alienware" fast setup assembled. A++

I have a MPC4000 which is right about 20 years old. The hard drive started failing and initially I was going to replace it, but Amazon had different parts coming different days and I needed my MPC4000 like yesterday. I took it to Mike and told him the issue. He made no promises but said he will try to do his best to have it done Friday and if not, it'll be ready by Monday evening. To my surprise it was ready the same day!!! He also said " Hey, it might not work due to size capacity when comparing it to the MPC4000 specs; so if It doesn't work your SSD will be here Monday. I got home and plugged the hard drive into my MPC4000 and guess what? It freaking worked!!! Mike also charged me a fair price!!! In all honesty, it really doesn't get any better than this!! If anyone is reading this, stop looking on Google for different computer shops and just take your problems to Mike! I am TRULY SATISFIED AND HUMBLED!!!!!!! Mike you are the MAN 100'ERED!!!!!!

Brought in a hard drive that booted to a black screen. The people there were super informative on what they will do to try and fix your devices. The drive ended up being completely shot, they asked me if I wanted to attempt to recover data and transfer it to an SSD I brought in (originally wanted data transfered over to ssd for a boot drive.) I declined and asked if I could just get a fresh windows install on the SSD. They offered a price that was MUCH cheaper than buying from Microsoft. Highly recommend going here for computer repairs. Everything they did to transfer data (how they discovered drive was shot.) And using tools to diagnose or repair the problem took less than 5 hours. Extremely quick. Last shop took days for a data transfer of just 150gb
