My wife's notebook died on us shorty after our daughter was born 4 years ago. Since then it was a brick. It would boot up but then all we saw was a black screen. We had no way to access to our data which included images of the day of our daughters birth. I thoght it was a total loss until i contacted Lonnie at LOGO7. Lonnie really knows computers and networking infrastructure. He diagnosed our machine and in minutes provided me with not only a way to retrieve the data. He also gave me tools and options to revitalize a still great mobile workstation. He installed a new solid state HD with more than double the capacity increasing battery life and durability and upgraded our OS to Win10. Previously it had Vista which was always a problem even when the machine ran good. He did it all at an unbelievable price for the level of service and professionalism we recieved. He did it lightening fast too turning it around in 1 day! If i would have known using LOGO7 would be this quick and easy, i would have contacted them years ago. By using LOGO7 to solve my personal computer problems we not only got a brand new top of the line machine. We also got an extra bonus. That was when we booted up the machine along with our now 4 year old daughter and shared that anazing day of her birth as a family. Sure there was other important data in the old drive that was saved. But being able to share all of those precious moments together was priceless. Thank you LOGO7 for not only restoring data, but for restoring the most important part of our lives! Next step is to set up a home cloud storage system to ensure this does not happen again.
