I thought for a long time if I wanted to leave this review because I hate the idea of messing with someones livelihood, but I have to give my honest feedback so that others can have this warning. Those providing the treatments do not listen, nor does the chiropractor. Everything here is rushed, and I believe thats led to negligence. There were numerous times I said a treatment or activity outside of the treatment were very painful. I was told that was normal and to push through the pain. After 3 weeks of this, I came in again and insisted this amount of pain must not be normal. Dr. Figa stopped and said, wait, youre having pain? He didnt even remember I had been saying the whole time how much pain I was in. I was being treated for a rib injury, and after going to a pain management dr, they were alarmed at the treatments I received here. You should not give a deep tissue massage where a rib is broken. You should not adjust someones rib cage with a broken rib. Im lucky he didnt rupture an organ. My recovery process is now much longer and painful than it needed to be. Imagine spending close to $1k for someone to hurt you more instead of helping you. Please do not go here if you value your health.

I highly recommend Figa Chiropractic and Acupuncture. The staff is friendly and professional, and knowledgeable. If you are experiencing pain or discomfort anywhere in your body I would recommend that you go see Dr Figa and allow him to work his magic on you. I have been to many chiropractors and Dr Figa is top-notch. He also offers other treatment modalities to assist you on your healing journey. My favorite is the deep tissue massage. Don't take my word for it, experience it for yourself and make an appointment today!

I love all the practitioners and the availability of the individuals in this clinic. I feel very welcomed and everyone is kind. I do however feel like the experience is very rushed and Figa could ask more questions and give more feedback/attention to my problem. I feel like it was very rushed and a solutions to my specific problem was not provided.
