I had been to another location, but the chandler store had a specific stroller I wanted to look at. We waited 20 minutes for help and then longer since another family stepped in. After getting a bit overwhelmed with the options, and no help Veronica walked by and asked if we needed help. She was amazing! She walked me through the strollers I was looking at, and helped my mom find a safer car seat. After that she showed us a few other store items, and was so knowledgeable about so many different products. If she hadn't come to the rescue the review would have been very different. Thank you so much Veronica you are awesome.

If I could give this store 100 stars, I would do it in a heart beat. I had a terrible experience purchasing a car seat and stroller through their online website. (I would advise making purchases at their store instead). The minute I stepped into the store, Veronica and Alondra took care of it and even went above and beyond!!! I am still amazed by the way they both treated my family and I. Made everything easier for us, I could literally cry. Thank you ladies for being amazing, supportive, loving and professional to all of your customers. I highly recommend coming to this store and I personally will continue to go back to this store.

All the employees, especially Samantha, were very friendly!! Samantha went above and beyond to help me and my mother in law. We were having trouble with adding items to a registry and she helped answer all of our questions and even offered us water! She was so friendly and I really appreciated all her help!

Wouldn't have shopped here if I knew there return policy was subject to the whims of whoever is working that day. O well it's just going to save me mileage and money
