If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!!! The lady at the front is so rude and unfriendly she was not helpful at all, seemed very irritated by customers,also was charged for something that did not make sense. Also when did metro start charging 40$ for a phone case and 50$ for the sim card !!!!

Terrible experience. Not helpful at all. Wanted to charge me 3 months in advance for a phone. Bad business practice. Stay away. The lady was very unfriendly

Bad customer service I called to ask for information on pricing on a12 girl said like $100 (like ??) I asked for tax price said like $22 ? I said there is no more free activation said it used to be I asked for tax said I don't know haha? Whatttttt where is her customer service!!! I said I just called a store and told me no activation service are yall pricing different said I can check right now I'm with a customer I asked well during the day was it charging activations and she said I'm doing my first activation 11/20 could explain anything went to a store inside a food city on Ray and AZ Ave helped me with everything I needed explained everything good job Tania for your service
