My service experience was genuinely refreshing. I use that description because my previous experiences have been typically clinical which is good because diagnostics are thorough but I was still left with feeling the business aspect of service. This most recent experience was also thorough but from the beginning there was clear communication. I had scheduled the service appointment and at the drop off I had a good conversation directly with the service manager, David. I left knowing exactly what was to be done and what the potential outcomes could be. Later I was contacted at the time he said I would be contacted and given the best estimate for the results of the diagnostic and their records which were accurate since any previous major service of the same vehicle had always been performed there. When it came to my decision on the service, I felt no pressure whatsoever. In this case I had to consider the estimate and time required and ultimately determined that the service would not be completed at that time. The ending conversation with the same service manager was genuine and left me with renewed confidence in the dealership service experience.
