The customer service people that you have working at Orbitel either hate their jobs or they're just rude, nasty, and uncaring people. I am so glad that I cancelled my service with them. Finally got my refund that was owed to me 3 months later , after I was told it would take 30 days. People need to be aware of this company and the lack of the customer service they give. If you want something done with this company, you might as well learn how to do it yourself. Worst customer service. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Worst customer service EVER! We have had lots of issues: Frequent drop of internet service (a nightmare on days you are working from home), Poor HD quality (apparently in the Spring and Fall their satellite is bothered by solar flares, service has at times gone completely down (no phones, internet or TV-my husband has a heart condition and this really is bothersome!!) and on and on. Because of all the issues, we've called them from our home number (or my husband's personal cell phone number when phone service wasn't available). Now when we call from those phones, the calls are NOT picked up. We have to call from either a work or my cell to get them to even come to the phone. Talk about horrible service. We are switching to Century Link and hope we get better service. Pitiful!!!
