Im so thankful I found Gemma online, she altered my mothers vintage wedding dress for me. It was very 80s and my mom had gotten it second hand as well so in all that time it was missing beads and had some stains. I was able to have it professionally cleaned before they started alterations. She also replaced the missing beads so well even though the new ones will never match color perfectly it looked like it was meant to be . All my friends and family live out of state so it was really nice to have Gemma and her sister be just as excited about my dress throughout the process as I was. She even held onto my dress until my bridesmaids would be in town (3 days before my wedding) so that she could show them in person how to bustle my dress. It was so great plus everything was still perfectly pressed for the wedding day including the veil she had gifted me. I will not forget their kindness and appreciate the extra time she took to take pictures for me throughout so I could show my mom.
