The staff is personable and good with kids. There are activities in the waiting area, screens at each cutting station, and an interactive prize system for the end of the visit. Probably could use a little more space for seats in the front, as it was rather busy, and no one is going to want to wait outside with summer coming. Inexpensive and quick visit for my nearly 2 yr old.

Always a hassle getting an appointment. We needed to get my son a haircut today before his graduation. We called to make an appointment and we were put on a wait list to get the next spot if anyone cancels. Someone called us back within 10 minutes with an opening at 3:30 and we took it. Waited around all morning until our time and even showed up 5 minutes early. When we arrived we were told our appointment was at 3:20 and that they sent us a confirmation text, which they did not. I even confirmed they had the correct number on file which they did. They showed no interest in trying to help get us in for a haircut . We went next door to great clips, got our son a haircut for $16 and they even gave him a lollipop, a toy and we didnt have to wait a minute. It was much cleaner than snip its was too. Its always a hassle getting an appointment here, and even when you do they dont honor it. Dont plan on taking my kids here again.
