        Received a notice for a recall for a firmware update. I was able to schedule a time online at my convenience. Online schedule is very helpful for me. I'm able to compare their openings with my schedule. I feel under pressure when I'm speaking with someone, and it's all me not them. I'm trying to look at my schedule, figure out if I do this will I have time to do that, kinda of pressure I put on myself. Anyway, Darin H had me in and out. Appointment at 10am, waited onsite (they have cookies, granola bars, fruit, lunch size chips, coffee and drink machine), answered some emails and had the car back by 10:40am. So really didn't disrupt my day at all.
