Had the opportunity of working with Andre during my move in and it was the most seamless and easiest move in Ive ever had. Gorgeous property with tons of amenities for everyone. Please dont overlook this place when touring, you wont regret it.

My wife and I had a great 2 years at Sky. The best amenities in the apartment are the pool, clubhouse, and gym. The staff are very friendly. The only issue is that they don't have a camera for the parking just outside the gate. Our car was hit-and-run and their CCTV couldn't catch anything.

Do NOT move in here if you plan to ever have someone visit with pets. Went to visit a friend briefly and my pets got down with me and they checked the cameras and fined him 350 dollars. No warning, nothing. Apparently it states on the lease but its definitely something that needs to be pointed out and vocalized. Like no visitors allowed with pets that arent on the lease at all, not allowed to get down and use the bathroom absolutely Nothing !

Hello Jessica, We are sorry to hear about your negative experience and we apologize for any inconvenience and miscommunication regarding our pet policy. The Lease Agreement does state that no animals are allowed anywhere in your apartment unit or on the property without the execution of a Separate Animal Agreement, except for service animals of disabled non-residents. Additionally, dogs are required to be on a leash, except for while using the dog park, and are not allowed in the Clubhouse amenities. This information is provided to all residents in their Lease Agreement; however, since you are not a resident it would be the resident's responsibility to ensure his guests are aware and adhere to the rules. They take Maintenance request seriously and they attend them quickly.
I also noticed the have cameras around the property and I've seen the cops in the property a couple of times. That means that security is taken seriously here.
Also, we love using their amenities. Gym is awesome, indoor basketball court, and even game room and round table for team meetings are available.
This place is awesome. Specially if you need to access the Chandler airport often .
