Terry is someone my family has used for their AC repairs for decades. I have referred him to other friends who have used him as well and all have been happy. He is straight forward and honest and wont try to sell you on anything that isnt needed just to make extra money. Terry has been our A/C guy for several years now. He has been to the house numerous times over the years, always giving prompt service and excellent value. This morning I called him at 4:30am and he was at our house at 5:30on a Sunday!!!! We are thankful for him, he does consistent, solid and trustworthy work. I called Terry due to AC not working. He responded within 10 minutes of contacting him and agreed to stop by my house the next morning. He called me the next morning, but I was not able to answer the phone due to my work schedule. I made sure I had someone at my house the whole day that day, but he never showed up. Sure, I didn't get to the phone in time, but if we agreed on a date and time, he should have just shown up. In addition, he never told me he was going to call me to make sure I was available. I tried to call, text and leave him voice messages multiple times but he just completely ignored me. Very unprofessional!
