        Poor communications, lack of response to tax inquiry and delayed responses and could never get Joe to call me back after several messages and lack of response to status on my taxes! Dropped off taxes on 3/22 and received them today with a large increase in fees without notice. Will not being going back to this firm after 6 years. The worst experience I have had in customer service, communication and lack of performance overall.
