Susan is beyond easy to work with and talk to. We just returned from a trip to St. Lucia that she helped us plan and everything was excellent. We stayed at the amazing Cap Maison and she was able to get us a helicopter ride to the resort as well as a daily breakfast as part of our package. She helped us plan two excursions and checked in during our stay to see how things were going. Susan is friendly, knowledgable, enthusiastic and responsive. We can't wait to plan our next trip with her!

Susan helped us book our honeymoon trip to Saint Lucia in February and we had a great time! Im so glad she recommended the helicopter transfer or else we would have had to be in a van transfer for almost 2 hours after the flight.
Whenever I had a question, Susan was very responsive

I reached out to Susan's Travel Service when our cousins decided to take a cruise this spring. Cindy was prompt to return my call and get the (minimal) information that I had at the time. She helped us book the cruise with upgraded packages and found a cabin that was close to our group. She offered to help us with flights and hotel accommodations, but we had already planned to use points for those services. Cindy made us aware of any channges to the itinerary and confirmed that we had booked dining/excursions prior to our departure. We have just returned, and we had a wonderful time! Thanks to Cindy Mayhorn and Susan's Travel Service, the trip was seemless and fun!

WOW, where to begin! Kim with Susan's travel service made our travel to Disney nothing short of amazing. She was very detailed, sent helpful emails to remind us of opportunities to book any extra events and spent time with us via phone to go over what to expect, how to use the Disneyland app (1st time going to Disney), and ensure we were as prepared as we could possibly be. She also made herself available while at Disney if we had any concerns/questions.
The process of booking with Susan's travel service was very seamless. We highly recommend using their services and will be using them again once we decide on our next vacation!
