I wouldnt use this storage facility again. They took over this center a month ago and increased up my monthly rent more than double! I called and of course they said theyd have a manager call me. Never received a phone call back. I am moving out this month(on the 10th) and not only are they making me pay for the whole month(Im sure all places do this) but they more than DOUBLED my rent when they took over! I locked in my rate for 6 months(up in October) and they have no record of my locked in price agreement. The rate they are charging me now is even higher than their online normal price. I paid $75 for my unit they increased my rent to $170. And their regular price(not special discount price) online is $99. Now tell me how that is ethical. Terrible. So if you have to rent here, make sure you get a copy of that contract and know the price increase after your discount months. They sent the increase letter 3 days before my new doubled price was due.emailed on Sept 2 and rent is due before the 5th to avoid late charges and fees. Thanks for the heads up
