Great ride! Did a 3.5 hour trail ride and it was SO beautiful! I enjoyed the horse I rode too! Highly recommend!

I loved my 2 hour ride! Squirt was the perfect horse for an inexperienced (nervous) rider like me. Lucas was an awesome guide and the scenery was BEAUTIFUL. I highly recommend MTM!

This is not a place for beginner riders. The owner seemed annoyed that we arrived early so we were happy to leave and return closer to our scheduled time. The waiver process with the wrangler was very odd. Using jokes about death, and horses being deadly animals, to emphasize the dangers. Then the harassment about bringing our phones began. It was a double team by the wrangler and the owner. I had to point out that I would do whatever they want but they were making me anxious and I was looking for a relaxing experience. You will not be allowed to bring your phone. They toned it down until the instructions began. After mounting our horses I was given a lesson on steering. The owner yelled at and berated me the entire time. I owned horses for many years and her behavior actually made me fearful. She again toned it down and forced herself to be cheerful, but this was after I told her she could go yell at my husband now. The wrangler was a very young girl with lots of horse experience and very little people experience. I dont know why she would choose to work for this woman. An encounter with a horse should be a beautiful experience and this place will not give you that. The property itself is a magical place. It was kind of sad to see it in my current state of mind and much of it is now a blur. The wrangler did take several pictures that were of very poor quality but I am grateful to have some. You can see their photos on their FB page. We did include a 20% tip when we paid on line and the wrangler earned every bit of that but I recommend you not tip prematurely and base your tip on the entire experience. There are many other places to choose from so I recommend you have this experience anywhere but here.
