This company made an appointment to do a detailed site visit for both plantings and bi monthly maintenance. I then received an incomplete quote which was missing a lot of key information (not all of the plantings discussed were listed, no warranty information and no price for maintenance).When asked to provide the remaining information they did not return calls or e-mails. Only when I referenced my neighbor having used them and the reason I had contacted them to begin with did I receive a response (many weeks later) that they "were not accepting new business". Calling this company was a complete waste of a month of my time to make the appt/do the site visit and the numerous phone calls and e-mails made./sent that went unanswered for weeks. A very frustrating experience.
