Verizon

My wife and I went there yesterday. Cameron helped us after my Google 6 died and my wife could get a free iPhone 15. Both phones were great. Cameron also asked us about home internet and sold us on their Home Internet cube. Free for 30 days, so we took him up on the deal. Come to find out, we could not get connected to their system, so I took it back. According to Verizon's coverage map, we could get 5G around us, but they said we should. Probably should do your homework BEFORE you get one. Other than that, I believe Cameron and the rest of the employees were professional, very polite and are honest. I'd go back again.

Absolutely amazing customer service. The person I dealt with listened to me and did everything they could to help me fight another major carrier. They told me they were there until Saturday if I need anymore help. They had my back, finally.....thank you, Verizon, for being a safe space.

Beware this is not a Verizon store and is a third party and does not have the ability to help you in case you experience an issue. They may disagree with me and tell you they can help, however this is a heavy commission base and in my experience with John you will not receive any additional help, you will be referred to the Scottsdale store and when Verizon advises you to go back to the the purchase location, you will be ignored. I hate to say it. but once a commission is collected, you will be out of sight and out of mind. I have countless running around and hours on the phone thanks to John not taking a few minutes to try to help. Do yourself a favor and just go directly to a real Verizon store, in case not everything goes as planned.
