ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR IN CAVE CREEK, AZ DESERVES A MILLION STARS! I think it should be renamed ENTERPRIZE bc its like getting a prize every time I have rented from them! TRULY THE BEST CAR RENTAL PLACE OF ALL TIME! This location! This company! This staff! THOMAS-the manager is who originally got me hooked. His customer service is off the charts! He is so incredibly helpful and informative. He always makes sure my car is ready to go. He is such a hard worker. One time he was in the back vacuuming out a vehicle! I believe that his wife just had a baby on this very day that he was working his tail off! On this occasion I had the opportunity to meet employees,Chris and Larry. They, too are fantastic. This location is just ran really well and efficient. I feel like they are a really good team and it carries over into their excellent customer service. This location/staff is the real deal and blow EVERYONE ELSE OUT OF THE WATER on every aspect! They have a really cool office located in beautiful downtown Cave Creek, AZ. They always have the best selections of vehicles and have taken care of me on several occasions on a short notice. Every time I pick up a perfect, clean, fun vehicle to drive across country. I used to shop around regarding pricing but no longer have to do that with this place. They ALWAYS have competitive pricing- and have always been lower than the competition. Not only that but the cars are always the best which means a great deal to me! A dependable vehicle is a must and they always come through. I am also very picky regarding clean, smoke free vehicles. The cars are always gassed up, spotless, clean windows and ready to roll (literally). The check in and check out process is effortless and I always enjoy talking to the staff. I am fortunate to live very close, but even if I didnt I would certainly go out of my way to go to this location! ITS BEEN THIS WAY FROM THE GET GO, BUT ONLY THIS LOCATION FOREVERMORE! Yay! Its so awesome to have an amazing, dependable, top of the line, rental car company that you absolutely love and trust! THANK YOU THOMAS, CHRIS AND LARRY!
