I have had only a few appointments with Dr. Kuker, but she is the best doctor I have ever seen. She genuinely cares about her patients and will sit down with you and discuss EVERYTHING. I have never had a doctor who has taken the time to do so. The office is also very clean and professional. The ladies at the front desk are always very kind and vibrant. Sure there is a wait to see the doctor, but thats how it is everywhere. Thank you Dr. Kuker and MHC!

All the staff seem to be very nice. Kyla Diesner is a great NP probably one of the best I have had, I do feel bad because I feel like I sometimes become a little annoying to her, however she always is patient with me and listens to me and if I need something she answers and reassures me. Thank You.

I sent a portal message 2 weeks ago regarding a time sensitive issue for my grandmother and yet to receive a call back or a portal message reply. I even called twice since I sent that message to possibly connect with an MA or anyone that could help but was told they would not answer their phones/messages. The operator told me They are supposed to reply within 48 hours of a portal message. Seems they have too many patients to provide adequate care to. We will be seeking care elsewhere. Update: I attended my grandmas last appointment with her, and the provider explained to me that she had Sent the portal message. But I never received this in my email after searching through spam and trash folders. I dont understand why the reply was sent via email when I messaged through the portal. Even when I called multiple times in that timeframe, I was told there was no reply, Why couldnt a staff member just give me a phone call and say hey she did, But to your email This is what she said. We did leave some paperwork to be filled out by the doctor And was told it would take a couple days To get finished. We got a phone call stating it was done and ready for pick up so my grandma called and authorized Her granddaughter to pick it And was told no that she herself had to go pick up The paperwork. Which isnt easy, she cannot drive herself. So today we went To pick up said paperwork, we were told they could not find it, And it took them about 10 minutes to find this paperwork that they had just called about a day prior. While I am sure the providers are good at what they do It seems There is a lot of disorganization here and that will ruin a clinic.
