My family and I were stranded on the side of the I-10. We drove home and over estimated how much charge was in our electric vehicle and our battery died. We had to get towed and called elite towing around 11:00 pm. We were provided a quote and ETA for when the driver would arrive. Our tow driver Jay was amazing! He picked us up within 30 minutes and was kind and courteous when towing our vehicle. 10/10 for the service. I appreciate the transparency and professionalism from start to finish.

Jays towed me a couple times now, I wont call another towing company!
03/14/24: Needed a tow in a pinch again and of course Jay was there to pick me up again. Never anything but quality service from this company!

Driver was great, found me and my car quickly and did his best to get my car loaded properly, which was not easy considering one of the wheels had literally fallen off. Would totally recommend this company again.
