Horrible service brought my truck in at 9am and was told it would be done at 1pm. Got there after one to get my truck only to see it was untouched. There excuse was that there was a lot of people in front of me, but when I brought it in I was already told there was only two people ahead of me. On top of that expected me to wait an additional 3 hours.

My husband brought my car in this morning (8:30 am) for a flat tire. He is livid over the service he saw/received. The techs were standing around talking & fist bumping, with 3 open bays.
He sat there for 1.5 hrs while he observed the techs, and my car sat in the parking lot. The tech 'working' on my car walked up to it at least 10 times, then walked away (one time eating a burrito).
My husband was there a total of 3 hrs!! And he even had to ask to have the air pressure checked, REALLY?! Isn't this a TIRE SHOP???
We love Firestone, always had great experiences, however, AVOID THIS LOCATION SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!
