Worst U-Haul location I have ever been to. The truck I rented was extremely dirty. To make matters worse, the owner (who knows nothing about customer service) added vehicle protection insurance without my knowledge. I initially attempted to get in contact with him via the business number listed, but there was never an answer). I even drove back over to the business and it wasnt open. There was just a note on the door saying he would be back soon. I subsequently called U-Hauls customer service number and received a refund. All-in-all, the business is sketchy. I wouldnt recommend.

Reserved a dolly at 8am and went to pick it up in the afternoon the time they scheduled for pick up and there was nothing reserved for me. They could have CALLED. They then proceeded to check phoenix area for me to pick up then reserve me for the next day.
