Contracted Post office. They bid on the contract and USPS has allowed for this place to provide the worst service to it's residents for far to long. Really need to conduct a new vote especially since the last one was conducted over several years ago which had originally passed... or just get normal mail delivery established without a vote! Over 12,000 plus people in this town and now even more with new full time residents in 2023. The Free E P.O Box for the whole city is horrible, inefficient and inconvenient. Everyone must stand in long lines for packages. They love saying "should have done your homework" "you're lucky to even have this contacted post office" that is so rude and unprofessional! Prepare to have alot of missing packages. It would be nice to see some new bidders but really best to establish normal curbside delivery as surrounding areas have right up the street. USPS CG needs to start caring about this inadequate service and outdated method! Anytime they are questioned they hang up, attempt to intimidate and are very vague and rude with responses. Other carriers need to know how inconvenient it is when they hand off packages through sure post to USPS for final delivery. Requesting ground shipping through FedEx and UPS is very convenient and best! Read all the reviews, it's clearly an ongoing issue. There is even a news article in Pinal Central, that's how horrible this post office and the current method of service is.
