        At my 8am arrival for my appointment the girl at the counter told me my appointment was cancelled a few minutes prior to the appointment that morning because the doctor is out of the office. When I expressed my disappointment she flippantly told me that they left a message minutes before my arrival. Gee thanks for the heads up while I'm driving there and don't accept phone calls while driving . Not much of a heads up anyway since I already took the day off and it was a 30 minute drive there . Huge inconvenience since we waited weeks for the appointment. Unprofessional
