They will name your dog whatever they want to, and when you try to have them change it so it will be a legal document ( like shot records or registration) they refuse, saying they can't change it in their system. Very unprofessional.

They have no desire to adopt animals out, especially if you want one. lol Called prior to going and was told they had 4 young kittens from a litter available. I specifically asked if I could take one home today if everything checked out. I was told yes. Upon arrival, a woman came up to me from behind and after being caught off guard I said, Hi were here to see the kittens she first replied she didnt have any adoptable kittens, but after I told her I called before she then said well we have kittens that are sick and on medication. Yes, I was instantly annoyed. She directed us into a room that was pretty yucky and smelly but I guess thats to be expected to some extent. Still not a place I would ever consider clean or nice. She showed me some kittens that were weird looking and I was immediately uninterested anyway. Then she saw my frustration and got on the phone to make calls to other adoption places she knew of for me. While she was on the phone we saw other cats including a mom cat nursing two young kittens, obviously not ready to go home. I asked to be put on a waiting list and agree to adopt when they were ready to go and she said no. Didnt provide any information on how to potentially adopt one, time frame to check back, nothing. Then she showed me pictures of adoptable, ugly cats, that were like 6 months old from another adoption place near by! I was like, um. no thank you, we are looking for a small kitten to enjoy as we plan on having the cat for the entirety of its life and thats part of the experience I want my children to have She and the woman on the phone started making comments about oh, kittens are sooo hard and have diarrhea and blah blah I informed her that I have raised numerous kittens in my life time and I knew exactly what to expect. I left, went to Craigslist and adopted a PERFECT, BEAUTIFUL kitten 3 hours later. See photo!!!! Lesson learned. I will never adopt from any of these places as they want to dictate my preferences and be judgy and rude. Sad so many animals need homes yet they purposely make it 10 times harder than purchasing a kitten from someone who wont guilt trip you for wanting a kitten. We love our little baby boy we did not get here, and would NEVER recommend this place.
